Adeyemi Ogunleye is a Medical Laboratory Scientist with special interest in Chemical Pathology. As a scientist, I have years of experience in various aspects of medical laboratory practice and a specialist in immunoassay techniques.
I have passion for research into discovery of new diagnostic methods and therapeutic targets in the management of chronic diseases. My research focus includes early diagnosis of non-communicable diseases, unravelling factors/mechanisms responsible for non-communicable diseases and to identify biomarkers predictive of cardiovascular diseases in various chronic diseases.
I’m a member of professional bodies including Association of Medical Laboratory Scientists of Nigeria (AMLSN), Association of Clinical Chemist of Nigeria (ACCN) and International Federation of Clinical Chemists (IFCC). I have been involved in a couple of research works published in local and international journal.
